Why does it take longer to receive my order?
We operate on a made-to-order model to reduce waste and ensure the highest quality. By cutting out the middleman and avoiding excess inventory, we pass the savings directly to you while providing a superior product.
What kind of leather do you use for your shoes?
We exclusively use full-grain leather sourced from gold-rated tanneries in Italy and Argentina. This ensures your footwear is durable, breathable, and develops a beautiful patina over time.
How do I know which size to choose?
Our shoes generally run true to standard US sizes. We recommend checking our detailed size guide on each product page, which includes a printable scale and conversion chart for international customers.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 60-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original, unworn condition. We provide free shipping for exchanges to ensure you get the perfect fit.
Can your shoes be resoled?
Yes. Most of our footwear is constructed using a Blake stitch, which allows for easy resoling by a professional cobbler once the original sole has worn down, extending the life of your shoes for years.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to all addresses within the contiguous United States. We are actively working on expanding our logistics to serve our international community in the near future.
